Detailed Description:
Companies should be able to make contracts with other companies, say you need planes and there a huge demand for them on the world market you could make a contract with another company and get those planes. This could also work with countries wanting goods from other countries.

This feature is part of the game from the start. Corporations can have contracts with anyone. Countries can sell directly and quickly to other counties and to their own corporations . The only missing function is in Enterprises that cannot sell directly and should have more contracting capabilities. This is on our priority list.
