Detailed Description:
Since there has been some changes to the CM contract pricing, the contracts that are offered should be able to be seen as well. As it stands right now, if you try to obtain a CM contract, the game gives whatever one it wants from what is available. Players should be able to see what contracts are offered and the pricing strategy of the contract and then decide which CM contract they want to accept. Agree if you want to be able to see what CM contracts are offered and the pricing strategy for them. Disagree if you just want to accept whatever contract the game gives you when you mass sign contracts.

This will become a very detailed and complex process. We will consider it and may add a feature where you can limit contracting to some price level, avoiding very expensive contracts. The variation is however not very large. Pricing remains close to the market price.
