Detailed Description:
This is a simple and straight forward poll. Right now, you can trade 400k workers with yourself and 200k workers with any other player than yourself. What I am proposing is that members of a same common market are given an extra advantage over those not trading in their common market. A common market's purpose is for the free flow of labor/workers, capital and goods. We have the free flow of goods, which is a start. So, if you want the limit of workers you can trade with another country inside your common market, please support this poll. If you want the same stupid limits to stay, vote no. This doesn't require much programming, its 1 number in their system. They lifted the limit from 200k to 400k before, they can do it again for countries inside the common market. Thank you, Manny
