Detailed Description:
I really believe that we need a comments section that appears anytime that a vote is brought to the security council so that people have the possibility to get their say in the matter on why it is a good idea or why the proposal is a bad idea. Only having a vote of yes or no is lame at best, there is no involvement of the members of the simulation.
For example, when a proposal of 5T SC$ is proposed to go to xxxx country, the members of the world that get to vote on the proposal should be heard before the vote, then people can read the comments and try to ascertain whether the proposal is merited or not, instead of just reading some sob story about how poor a country is but they've been under guidance. There needs to be debate before the vote is taken.
If people want to just vote yes or no, that's fine but those that wish to comment on the proposal should have the ability to do so. Vote Yes if you want a comments section to appear on the security council public voting page, and vote no if you don't think that there should be any comments on the public security council voting pages that we all vote on in our worlds.
