Detailed Description:
We should be able to comment on all proposals to see how people respond, either saying why it's a good idea or why they are voting for it or why it is bad/are going against it. This will give people an idea on how to vote. Also, any confusing ideas in proposals could be cleared up. It will prove a more interactive an efficient system.
