Detailed Description:
I think it`s a good idea that countries does not have space programs, can sell products or buy it in the space through a country that have space centers, space shuttles and docks in the galaxy. In this form, the countries without space program, can sell or buy products in the space and countries with space program can transport and manage the products, also pay the price of sold products to countries that sent consolidated cargo. This consolidated cargo system proposal can be regulated by Security Council or a new Space Trade Entity. Countries without space program can send products that want to sell in space in cargo airplanes to the designated country space center or an international airport, pay a fee to the country that manage the space center, a fee for space shuttle use and a fee for the use of space dock and storage on it; and the country that have space centers, cargo shuttles and docks in the space, has the obligation to manage the products with care and when land on space center on earth, pay to the countries that sent products to space the price for sold products. With this proposal, all countries (have space program or not) have the right to trade their products or buy it in the space.

W3Creative reaction:
In time, we intend to add transport features that will allow one player to transport products for another. However, trading them is done by the owner.
An increasing number of products will be traded in space but we expect these products to be made available on all worlds by players who do the trading.
Participation in the space program is optional and all essential products will remain in the worlds and running the country does not require participation in the space program.
