Detailed Description:
i don't think buildings should be closed at all unless u close them. if u build tons of hospitals, they shuldn't shut down, but make more medical staff to run the place. i keep building 50 hospitals, but they shut them all down leaving me with only 9 or 19. help us end this crisis.

As the documentation explains: you need to educate doctors and nurses and only when you have them, build hospitals. This is very easy and essential in the understanding of the game.
