Detailed Description:
Istead of constantly blowing up citys, We should be able to have some kind of Ground group that can occupie citys. It makes sense, In real life, Citys are only a little bit bombarded and then occupied, Because they can set up hospitals, Have food supplies from shops, And set up forts there to protect it from being destroyed or re-occupied by the enemy. But the beneifit from occupieing citys is that it would still lower the War index, It could be used as a remote depot, Because you could have supllies sent to re supplie land units, And you could also have small garisons gaurd it so it doesent, like i said, Get destroyed by the enemy or taken back. If the enemy destroys, They will get some of the index points back from it being occupied and the person who occupied it will also lose some WI points. If the person re-occupies it, They will get 100% index points back.But another thing is, That it also depends on what u occupied it with, Like if there were to make Soldiers and officers able to use light weapons to attack, U could use like 10000 soldiers, and 2000 officers, 100 heavy tanks, 1000 heavy jeeps, it would take the city if it had no garrison, it would most likely take it, But if the garrsion had like 1000 light tanks and 400 armerd vehicals, You would lose lots of you invadeing forces and wouldent occupie the city, But you would weakin the garrison. I dont really have any more details atm since i just though of this, But ill fingure out more and how things would work out. Vote yes for this proposle for occupieing citys and capitals, And also makeing Just normal ground soldiers and officers Its a pretty good idea.

We agree. Cities but also the country in general should not be bombarded but occupied. We have the occupation feature in Simcountry.
In the new war setup, it is now mandatory to send in military units and occupy part of the country before a war can be won.
It is also recommended, to leave occupations units in areas that have been conquered to prewvent them from being retaken by the enemy.
