Detailed Description:
When buying or selling population on the Cash Market, would you like the option to specify which workers you would like within certain predetermined parameters? Eg - you have a shortage of HT Engineers when buying, so you can up the number slightly to help level things out. Likewise, if you have a surplus when selling you can get rid of more, again to help level things out. Vote 'yes' if you would like to see this included.

The country that provides the population may have a problem with it. We can add such a feature for smaller numbers at a price. We will also add boosters for specific groups.
