Detailed Description:
I think there should be a limit on changing your country name. For instance there is hostility between two countries and the aggressive/attacking country changes its name to avoid being found. They should not be able to change their country name to hide from the attack. By blocking the name change after the attack will give the attacked country a chance to hunt the attacker down and fight back. Vote YES if you are in favor of blocking the name change after a hostile attack. Vote NO to allow the hostile attacker to change their country name. Thanks for Vote.....

Changing the name does not hide the country. The country has a number you can easily see and the country has a location on the map. Make sure you know where the country is and if they change their name, you will exactly know which country it is.
