Detailed Description:
On the change profession page we are only given the option of DEMOTING higher level professionals down to menial laborers. I propose that we are given the option of PROMOTING any working up a maximum of two levels. For example , you could promote 10,000 LLW up to HLW or 10,000 HLW up to MLM. This should count against the worker exchange 3s so that there is a cap.

We can of course introduce such features and eliminate the education system as it is then a triviality. We will not introduce such a feature but instead, we are planning the introduction of a booster that will make it possible to leave education and the availability of workers to an automated procedure (plus many other capabilities) and make the game easier.
