Detailed Description:
Right now you can only sale if you are above 30 mil in pop, and have been playing that country for so long. I as I am sure many would like to see it changed where you can sale pop any time, and any amount above 10 mil as no country starts out with more then this amount. Come on let's spices up the old war engine let's make this game real cut throat. Vote yes for the changes.
