Detailed Description:
Neither the FI or the Employment Indes reflect a realistice view of the country's true economic situation. Why should a c3 or newbie country have a FI of over 150 when a country with 50mill pop 100T loans to others, other indexes being high and having attained level 4 or greater have a FI around 100. The same holds true with the Employment index. A country can have 3% unemployment and still not have a EI over 92 or 93. If you agree that these indexes should be revamped and reevaluated to reflect a more realistic economic circumstance of a country, vote yes.
