Change Enterprise Tax to Corporate Headquarters Status: We agree

Detailed Description:

Rather than simply taking money (in the form of an enterprise tax) and giving it to the GM, why not make that expense more realistic. Rather than simply simulating a cost, I suggest requiring every Enterprise to build a corporate Headquarters in a country. The Headquarters would hire a small number of workers and would pay the enterprise tax to the country it is located in. There would be a limit of one corporate headquarters for each country, and the headquarters would serve as a source of revenue, just as they do in the real world. The advantages are: 1. This would be more similar to the real world where corporations have HQ, rather than simply paying an imaginary fee to simulate expenses 2. This would mean the enterprise tax money does not simply dissapear from the game, but is paid now to countries 3. The extra revenue would help countries pay bills 4. This would open up the ability to add new features based on the HQ, such as Corporation-wide upgrades Please vote YES if you want to be able to pay your enterpise tax to your country of choice, and NO if you want to continue to pay it to the GM.

We agree and we think that this will be a good addition. (more than one headquarters per country as there are many corporations). The feature is on our wish list but it does represent some serious development and will take some time to get priority.
