Detailed Description:
When you choose 'search for a country' when as a CEO you decide to select a random country can it please provide only countries that have the required number of workers. That is what consultants in real life would look for and perhaps there could be an additional charge for setup for this.

We have already promised to improve the selection criteria and we will. Currently, there are hardly any countries that have the required number of workers. It is also not necessary. Most enterprises set their salary levels a little higher than the level in the country and workers move from state corporations to the newly set private corporations.
