Detailed Description:
The controlling shareholder of a public corporation should be able to transfer money into it. The reason being is that just like normal corps sometimes they run at a loss (low points during market fluctuation's). The only trouble is with a public corp you risk loosing it as it gets further and further into debt, and there's nothing you can do about it. I still think transferring money out should be disallowed.
