Detailed Description:
An option to cancel a bid should be offered to a bidder if the owner of the corporation that's been bid upon asks for it.
Many times i've been able to convince rash buyers to retract a hastily made bid, if only they could.
Retracting a bid is at this moment only possible within the first hour or so after the bid's been made.
If a bid is unwanted by both parties, it should be cancellable.
