Detailed Description:
Hey folks, i'll keep it short. After taking over a c3, stripping it down, and de-registering it, i don't think it's fair that after a few real days someone is allowed to register that country as a new player. What i mean is, the country would have 0 state corps, and very little private corps. I believe the country should be prepared with atleast 8 - 10 500 - 1t value corps (state) and about 3 - 5 private corps so new players will have a stable financial position. This in turn COULD keep them on the game longer, maybe even turn them into premium members. Vote yes for this change or, Vote no to keep it the way it is.

When a country is discarded, it is not available for other players for several days. In that period, the country is ?reset? to a healthy economic situation; has enough corporations and produce a profit. This has always been done in this way.
