Detailed Description:
It is too time consuming to be called part of a game, manually deploying nuclear defense to a couple of hundred targets.
Please vote for a form of bulk deployment of nuclear defense

Nuclear defense is only needed for the capital, the largest cities (large red dot), and military bases. All other targets cannot be attacked with nuclear weapons. Deployment is a one time action as the nuclear defense batteries are never moved back or re-deploy. We think that this vote is based on a misunderstanding of the nuclear defense.
