Detailed Description:
The system W3 has announced in the news sounds too harsh. Firstly there should be an ability for countries to ignore embargos completely hence allowing countries to get 'some' supplies although it probably wouldn't be as cheap as if they weren't under embargo. *Just because other players dont want to sell equipment to someone doesn't mean I dont*
Secondly what about a military only embargo, atm all we got is embargos that cripple the economy but what about military only embargos which would be much more useful than these economic ones.
If you want the ability to sell stuff to these soon to be boycotted countries and the ability to have military only embargos option vote yes.

Countries are able to purchase anything directly from others. The embargo is not working at 100%. Military embargos seem like a good idea and we will add them to the game.
