Detailed Description:
we should be able create biological weapons such as strains of Small Pox, Anthrax or Ebola. this type of warfare would be used to kill population in a country you are at war with rather then to destroy places.these weapons would be under the strategic weapons category.the fallout effects would be the same as a nuclear weapons fallout, but requiring different relief resources. these weapons would make a war much more realistic dont u think? vote yes 4 better weapon choice. vote no 4 the same boring nukes.
