Detailed Description:
When you bid game money for gold coins, people can come in and bid 10M above what you bid. This in game terms, is practically nothing. I think the minimum amount you can bid above the last persons bid should be much higher, like 50B. This value could be different, but the vote is for the idea.
So vote yes if you would like the next minimum bid to be higher than current levels.
