Best 300 Presidents Status: Will be added

Detailed Description:

On the Best 300 presidents page we should be able to sort the list by War Rank, Finance Rank, Nominal Value, Game Level and Nukes (whether or not they a country has nukes), in addition to score/overall rank which is currently the only option.
