I mean oh there are 1mil employed by ceos so we will pay for 400k housewives to be re educated and 400k disabled persons to be rehabilitated but after that forget it no more money no matter how many months or years past. **Thus I suggest that they work more like the way schools and hospitals do with the population paying some money.But with the ceo paying so much money per % of employees and you paying for the excess yourself if you want to have extra facilities to speed progress.
