Detailed Description:
Proposal: That an automation feature be added that accomplishes the following: State and country controlled corporations will buy from country stocks. This feature will be optional as an automation feature. The corporations will first check the country supply of an item needed and if present buy it before going to local, common and world markets. It will purchase the product from the country stockpile regardless of price.
