Detailed Description:
Due to the difficulty of implementing effectively and there broad range of ineffectiveness I propose adding an arms embargo option that can be proposed internally for Federations and Common Markets for the following reasons. 1. During a recent war I saw that I had some conflicts with boycotting certain countries that I had developed an economic relationship with. However however the war required me to give my loyalty to my federation and boycott opposing nations. My CEO however had some corps in them and my position may have been compromised from an economic standpoint had it been succesful. 2. And more importantly; I wouldn't want weapons that I sell on the world market being bought and used against any of my allies in a time of war. I.E.: foreign weapons killing troops in IRAQ. 3. Boycotts, while useful and still needed; are too hard to implement and to not as potent as one would expect. An arms embargo would be an internal issue of federations and CM's in wartime and a simple vote would turn this option on or off at their discretion. 4. Besides, who takes a boycott seriously, 5 products for all that grassrooting!!?!? Pffft!! 5. Some empires get a little power and want to become tyrants on a normaly peace loving continent. Unlawful and unprovoked aggresion should be dealt with more effectively and decisively. 6. In the case of LDI on LU concerning the continent of Lacerta: If the World Body would have wanted to intelligently oppose and undermine the decree of "Piknator", an arms embargo could have averted the need for wars and the resulting fallout that resulted in collateral damage to many innocent bystanders and much economic turmoil. If you agree vote Yes. Thank You.

This will be added eventually. It is difficult to implement and we have a heavily loaded wish list to implement.
