Detailed Description:
I think countrys should be entitled to have a option to by Amphibious Landing Ships"or vessles",to land special forces,or sneak attacks,on other countrys. Maybe even attack divisons,or marine landing forces.Regaurdless it would help the ground,and naval units,work over water terrians better.
