Detailed Description:
allow federation chairmen to post a map that federation members can look at. On the map the federation charmen can mark flags with messages on them concerning details about a country or area status of a war with a country or places to post troops or send supplies to.

This will be nice to add. We have just improved the map features in the game and more is underway. This feature is complex but we agree that more map features should be added to the game.
