Detailed Description:
i think that individuals who vote should also have an opportunity to express their opinion on the topic. Comments would appear under the vote box, maybe shaded green if they voted yes and red if no.
in addition to adding a new dimension to the process, it would also serve to give the GM's an idea as to which topics really strike our interest, and perhaps offer them a chance to better prioritize future additions to the game.
most importantly such an addition would be a relativly easy add-on, and could enhance game play with a minimum of effort on the part of the GM's.
obviously i would hope to see a majority vote of yes on this vote, and look forward, in the future, to better understanding why/how some people decide their votes
