Affiliate Commission Proposal Status: Not a game feature

Detailed Description:

Due to the long amount of time it takes to make a conversion from a paying member I propose that we get some award of coins 50 or 75 or 100 coins in case these people only play the free game. Times are tough in sim right now, and all promoting members could use a little stimulus. Vote Yes to agree with that proposal.
