Detailed Description:
Reduce the number of FMUs required for a fully upgraded corporation by a third. Increase the number of FMUs produced by each FMU corp by a third. Justification: Right now, LU Factory Utilization page shows that the world isn't even producing half the FMUs it needs. It will never be able to produce all it needs, because FMU corps have such massive raw materials requirements. Adjustments need to be made to FMUs if the commodities market is going to be anything other than a sandbox in which we're totally dependent on the GM for materials.

Some tuning is taking place all the time if a product is in chronic short supply. Fmu corporations produce more and the usage is declined. The shortages will continue as we will never ?tune? a shortage into a surplus.
More corporations are created all the time and some products are losing corporations. We would like to see most of the change coming through players action.
