Add 'corporation relocations' to 'pending deliveries' Status: Will be added

Detailed Description:

Add the following feature: For each corporation relocation requested, show all corporation relocation requests, just as is already done with 'new corporations under construction' in the section 'Trade' -- 'pending deliveries', for both countries (receiving corporation relocations) and enterprises (requesting corporation relocations). Vote 'Yes' to add corporation relocations to 'pending deliveries'. Vote 'No' to not change.
