Detailed Description:
I was wondering if a new option could be added into the economy part of the game where you could give money every month, instead of a one time donation, to your corporations and therefore you could give money to the corporations to keep afloat. For example, you want your corporation to hire more people but it doesn't since its already paying a lot to the workers, so you increase your monthly donation to that corporation and then that corporation should be able to hire more people.

Money is not needed every month and such a function will introduce thousands of transactions and later, exceptions, to prevent over financing.
It is currently very easy, to replenish all state corporations to a required cash level in one click. It was done as a result of a previous vote.
