Contracts could have a "option" (the old system will still work) that allow the prices be adjusted automatically by market, putting a percentage rate over that price (100 will indicate the price market itself).

This was the old system before we have changed it to what it is today. The change was forced because of misuse of this feature to enrich one country bankrupt another, discarding the bankrupted country.
