Detailed Description:
We all know the nuclear attacks not only damage the country that was aimed for, but also some countries surrounding it. there has bee an increase in nuclear attacks on LU recently and it has given me an idea. In the real world, if there are so many nuclear attacks then the entire world suffers e.g wind blown fallout, i am suggesting the same thing here. If there are a large amount of nuclear attacks in any given time frame then there should be and effect for all/some/most of the countries on the same continent as the attacked, something like and increased death rate for a period, and to also identify the country resposible for reprisal measures vote yes to agree with the idea of many countries suffering due to the reckless use of nuclear atacks, and hopefully reducing their use

This seems as a nice to have effect and makes sense. However, we are working on many new features and have a very large backlog of essential improvements that are waiting too long. So don?t hold your breath on this one. It may take a while.
