Detailed Description:
I'm not so sure exactly how this would help or harm anything, but I believe it would be more convenient for if you are at another country's page, there was a little option saying "message this country". It would prevent the need to remember the name of the country, write it down, or copy and paste it, and having to go all the way back to your message screen. The owner of the country could also have the option to have this button turned off, in case they don't want to receive any messages.
