Detailed Description:
We need a spy force/corporate operative/secret police unit to introduce more and devious ways to fight just wars against underhanded enemies. (Sorry I meant underhanded wars against just enemies.) Abilities to include: Information retrieval, sabotage, monetary/material/R&D theft., assassinations, (surgical disposal of select ministers could affect soc sec/health/education/government effectiveness for say 6 months.)
