The Financial Index
The financial index is a good measure of the financial situation in the country. The index depends on the relation between income and cost in the country in the current year and in the previous year. The higher the income, compared with the cost, the higher the index will be.
The financial index does not depend on the amount of cash or loans the country has. It is only a measure of income versus cost.
