The Education Index
The education index is one of the most important indexes in Simcountry and should be managed carefully. The index is the minimum of three other indexes: The School index, the High school index and the University index. The education index depends on the lowest of these three indexes.
Changes in the education index may lag a bit behind the changes in the three underlying indexes as we do not expect the education system to be instantly influenced by sudden changes.
The three partial indexes depend on the numbers of schools, high schools, and universities. The value if the index is the number of available facilities, divided by the number needed x 100
