The Defensive index
The defensive index is a measure of the number of defensive weapons the country has. Each weapon, or a fortification or a military base, has a point value for the defensive index, and the sum of all the values is the defensive index.
The defensive index does not take quality into account and does not look into the military units but rather to the weapons in the units.
A planned change in the defensive index will in the future depend on the numbers of military units of each type and their quality.
