War Level 9 added. War level 7 and 8 updated
War level 9 will be installed on April 11. At the same time, war level 7 has been updated and provides the C3 country with one stealth bomber unit. Level 8 was too close to level 7. The C3 country at level 7 has now 5 stealth bomber units and a stronger air force defense.
