War Engine Status - Close to initial activation

A new update is installed today, adding the land support units that supply military units that are stationed anywhere in your country or in other countries, either on invitation or in time of war.

Supply units move automatically from bases in your country to all military units that need supplies and ammunition. Supplies move first to units that need them most. The supply units move through any territory to reach the army unit and will follow the army unit if it moves to a different location.

Supply units do not stop because of any military units blocking their way and may pass close to cities and other installation whether friendly or not. They can be attacked and destroyed on their way but they move reasonably fast and can cross a country in one to two hours. Supply units are visible on the country map and their position is updated once in 5 minutes.

Supply units deliver their payload and immediately start moving back to base, to be loaded again and supply another military unit. Supply units will be loaded automatically with all the supplies the military unit needs. Depending on these needs, they can be small with a small number of trucks or they may be very large.

All supplies and ammunition must be available in the country or the supply units will go partially loaded or not go at all and will not be able to deliver all that is needed.

If many supply units are available and a sufficient number of trucks, military supplies, gasoline and ammunition, then many military units will be supplied at the same time and the process can progress very fast. If shortages occur, military units may remain in enemy territory without the supplies they need and may become easy targets.
