Termination of countries with high debt
Any country with a debt of 100 T or more will be terminated. The limit will be reduced in the future but we allow presidents some time to fix the problem.
Countries in empires, are now terminated if their debt is > 30 T. The debt is inherited by the main country in the empire.
It is very easy to transfer money between countries in empires and large debts should be paid back quickly.
