Moving weapons to the reserves
When a country does not have enough man power to maintain the army, 10% of the weapons are moved into the reserves. This pace is now increased to 20%.
We were alerted by players to a situation where countries with very low population are being quickly loaded with weapons beyond their capacity to maintain and are engaged in war before the deactivation process is catching up.
We will prevent such situations in the future and the faster reactivation is the first step in the process.
