Market surplus and shortages computations are based on the market price orders only. Trying to influence market pricing by the placement of orders at a set price that is far from market price can continue but such orders and offers do not influence product pricing and do not show in the totals on the market.
All totals of products offered, requested, and both surplus and shortage numbers, exclude fix price transactions.
