Game levels Bug fixed
Game level 2 requires the country to have positive cash (0.1 T). This requirement was added several weeks ago but the game procedures were only partially updated. The country index page showed that the country can move to game level level 2 but the move did not materialize in case the country cash was insufficient. The bug is now fixed and the indexes page shows the full requirements for level 2.
