Game Level 3 and higher - changed conditions
We have added to conditions for reaching game level 3 and higher. The conditions are probably very easy to achieve.
If a player wants to reach game level 3 or higher, the total net cash of the country must be at least 1 T. The net cash is the cash, plus loans provided to others, less loans taken for others. It means that a player should not have a very high debt if she/he wants to reach higher game levels.
If a player wants to reach game level 3 or higher, the salary level in the country and the average salary level in the state corporations, must be at least 100. This is a very soft condition as salaries start at 100 and are higher in most cases.
We have added this condition because it is now possible that salaries may decline automatically, if economic conditions in the country require a major cut in costs.
