First Award Winning Country
A country in an account that won the first award is blocked from winning a new award for three months even if it is sold to a different user or conquered.
This change solves the problem the rises if the last month winner, sells the country to another player and subsequently that same country wins another first place award in the following month.
The procedure could theoretically be repeated with the same country winning each month.
We were alerted by a player who was underway to win the first award and a country that won recently got in his way as described. The procedure was part of the game. This change does not help this player - he will probably win next month - but it will not happen again.
