C3 owned shares
Some C3 countries own shares in corporations that are not situated in their country. This can happen as a result of a corporation move out of the country, and when such a country is abandoned and becomes a C3 country, the shares remain its property.
We are now forcing C3 countries to sell all the shares they own in foreign corporations.
