Bankrupted Countries
Countries that are accumulating debt may bankrupt. The debt limit is very high and such events are unlikely. Countries that are part of an empire may bankrupt with a net cash value of -60 T. Net cash is the cash position of the country, with all given and received loans taken into account.
We have now added a message to the president that will be shown if the country net cash position is at a 60% level of the bankruptcy limit.
This will give the president enough time to fix the cash position.
